Staying positive is a skill that can be developed and below are five steps to staying positive (ofcourse there can be more)

  1. Take a deep breath when a situation tries to detrack you
  2. Ignore any negative message sent your way, just grab the constructive part of it
  3. Talk to a friend who has a positive mindset
  4. Accept that making mistakes is a natural thing that everyone does
  5. Don’t HATE people, you can definitly dislike their way of thinking but hating them wouldn’t do you any good

Who pushes your buttons?

There have been various times in the past when people have managed to push my buttons. But I guess that’s how the phase of learning usually is. Life teaches us how to deal with things and peope. Situations can make us either stronger or break us if we don’t have the right people around us.

If I talk about myself as I don’t know that much about you :P. I would say that no one can EVER push your buttons if you don’t let them. Hide them, disable them and change your machinery because life is too short to be played with.

I am very caring and care a lot when I get into the process of doing things at home or for my family members. If sometimes I feel that things aren’t appreciated I don’t sit and cry about it, I just thank God for being that way and no that doesn’t fit in the “they are pushing my buttons” , that’s how it should be. You are what you are.

But who pushes YOUR buttons?

Commitmented actions

Commitment turns a promise into reality with words that speak boldly of your intentions and actions that speak louder than words.
-Steven brunkhorst

Sometimes it’s all about how we take our commitments. Actually it’s all about how serious we take them N how we value them. N that exactly tells a lot about us as a human being N about the character N personality that we got. In every aspect N walk of  life commitment is something that help us making decision, choices N then we act upon them.  Promises have no meaning without commitment, When we promise somethin it can only be considered a promise, something powerful N valueable when  we actually are ready to make a commitment to it, otherwise it’s only few wasted words. Our action speaks, N our talk are not empty. What we say can be seen through our actions, N what we do, says a lot. More simple than this it can’t get :-)
