Money or values

When it comes to values in any possible way in a company or between friends what do you often see as the challenge? I mean do you look at the money and forget about values or do you look and feel the values and don’t pay any attention to the money.

What is more important to you since I have often seen people forget values despite knowing that they are on the wrong end of the path.

Have you been in a situation such as that?

The prisoner

“To forgive is to set a prisoner free
and discover that the prisoner was you.”

-Lewis B. Smedes

This is so easy to understand yet we find it very complicated at times. It’s all about realizing what forgiveness is N how it works. What I’ve seen around is that we humans are quite selfish [sometimes or maybe most of the times] N because we are selfish we don’t do anythin if there is not anything for us to gain in it :-P Readin this quote I believe one  with an open mind would start forgiving N feeling free from all the anger inside. Nothing is more true than this: you don’t forgive N do the other person a favor, you forgive N do yourself a huge favor, you set yourself  free, like the prisoner is set free from the jail or similar place. When we keep onto grudges N think that we are punishing the one who have done us any harm or been bad to us, we actually are taking revenge on ourselves for the fault anyone else made. N that’s silly! no no that’s stupid N more. So the sooner we realise this hidden thing behind forgiveness the better for us it will be :-)

Joint family system

I have done lots of shows about families and relationships on Crazefm.com and have come to one conclusion which most of you already know maybe. That living in a joint family system is something that not everyone can manage.

There are plus points and minuses, the plus points are usually not that many as the negative ones. A family where there is just one head of the family a mother or a father left that family usually can’t manage that well having all children under them, as I think. Reason being that everything comes under that one person, who is either the father in law or mother in law.

Situations usually end up being bad when they don’t realize that decisions they make affect everyone and decisions married couples make affect the whole family.

What do you think about joint families? Because as far as I know there is no such set rule that one has to live in a joint family to survive…
